Will there be a recording sent out if I can’t make it live?

Will the inner work be hard? I am worried I won’t understand the modalities.
It can be hard for some people to grasp at first, yes, because like anything, learning new healing tools takes practice & repetition. But for this call, you will receive healing right away because I will be facilitating it.
What if I get embarrassed or shy on the group call? Do I have to turn on my camera?
I'd prefer you turn on your camera so that I can connect with you, but no it is not a must!
