Since I know you have no time to waste, I am going to be sharing straight-to-the-point subconscious and emotional healing tools that I have used to help over 3,000 people release inner wounds that you can repeat and use for the rest of your life. This is so that you can become more of a master of your own healing and hopefully not need to hire any more practitioners... unless you want to! :)

We are going directly into the subconscious layers where emotional patterns are stored, where identity is formed, and where your reality is created from—and we will shift it from there.​

So that the results you want integrate, stabilize, and change how you exist.

-3, 90 minute-2 hour long weekly calls on Saturdays every week on Zoom (link will be sent to you upon sign up)

-1:1 coaching each call

-a telegram group to chat in daily to ask questions, receive support, accountability, and guidance between calls

-take home meditations, journal prompts, and exercises to deepen your healing journey throughout the weeks

This is a group program for women to come together and support each other. There is so much value in being able to mirror one another's growth and healing so that you can see your own blind spots.
